This was a bit of an impromptu podcast on a topic I was going to cover in a few weeks time. However I was sparked by somethign I read and thought I'd get some thoughts out there!
A lot of the discussion here comes from my personal experiences, thoughts and opinions on what is "possible". There really is not an official "kinesiolgoy" hat I'm wearing for this one but rather tapping into my para-athleteics background and how to deal with "barrieris".
